Set within a striking venue that embraces the spontaneity and energy of a brasserie, Ash & Elm comprises three exciting culinary theatres including a charcuterie and cheese room, wood-fired oven and an open charcoal-grill kitchen.
Apart from offering a daily buffet breakfast spread with live cooking stations, Ash & Elm also boasts a semi-buffet lunch and a la carte lunch and dinner options with a selection of sharing platters, house-cured and premium meats, as well as sustainably-sourced seafood, primed with the traditional craft of classic wood-fired ovens and charcoal-grill, Ash & Elm prides itself on the use of fine produce sourced from around the world.
