Chef Adrian Chan

Inspired by his experiences helping his mother out at her hawker stall from young, Chef Adrian embarked on his culinary journey at 21 years old, taking him into the kitchens of reputable establishments from world-renowned hotel chains to Michelin-starred restaurants. Governed by his culinary philosophy of staying true to the natural flavours of ingredients, he leads the team at Ash & Elm as Chef de Cuisine, developing new and innovative menus to please all palates.
