French-born Chef Philippe Duc’s foray into culinary began with the Alain Ducasse Enterprise, where he worked up the ranks at the 3-Michelin Star Alain Ducasse, and eventually helmed and led SPOON by Alain Ducasse at InterContinental Hong Kong to clinch two Michelin Stars from 2012 to 2014. As Executive Sous Chef of InterContinental Singapore, Chef Philippe oversees the culinary presentations and quality of the hotel’s restaurants and bar.
