Man Fu Yuan presents a crowd pleasing selection of exquisitely-crafted Cantonese dishes infused with premium spirits.

Back by popular demand, the menu features a myriad of Chinese ­­­and Western alcoholic beverages ranging from red wine and stout, to herbal liqueurs and rum. The selection comprising eight popular dishes showcases the best of Cantonese culinary techniques combined with a touch of modernity that the longstanding Chinese restaurant is known for.

Highlights include Benedictine D.O.M. pork and crab Shanghai soup dumpling xiao long bao; Hakka yellow wine with free-range chicken served in a claypot; and a custard ball duo with molten dark or white Champagne chocolate ensconced in a delectable sweet potato casing.
