Food made better with spirits

When:
Available daily until 30 November

This November, Man Fu Yuan presents a selection of exquisitely-crafted Cantonese dishes infused with premium spirits.

Featuring a myriad of Chinese and Western alcoholic beverages ranging from red wine and stout, to herbal liqueurs and Japanese sake, this menu comprising 22 dishes showcases the best of Cantonese culinary techniques combined with a touch of modernity that the longstanding Chinese restaurant is known for.

Highlights include new dishes like mini Buddha jumps over the wall with Macallan 12 year old whiskey; Benedictine D.O.M. pork and crab Shanghai soup dumpling xiao long bao; and an alcoholic twist on Man Fu Yuan’s signature presentations including the ever-popular steamed custard bun liu sha bao with Baileys Irish Cream, naturally coloured in a soft blue hue using butterfly pea flower; and a custard ball duo with molten dark or white Champagne chocolate ensconced in a delectable sweet potato casing. Guests who wish to experience a comprehensive selection of the special culinary showcase may choose from two six-course prix-fixe menus.
