Three chefs, two nights, one Michelin star
Ash & Elm and Fine Dining Lovers by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna collaborate with Hong Kong's only Michelin-starred steakhouse Beefbar for a two-night dinner showcase that will feature three master chefs on 1 and 2 June.
Beefbar Hong Kong's Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni will present the restaurant's iconic dishes alongside InterContinental Singapore's Executive Sous Chef Philippe Duc's signature scallops, and a dessert creation by award-winning Pastry Chef Ben Goh, with beef and seafood taking centre stage in the five course menu.

The five-course collaborative dinner menu will be available at Ash & Elm for two nights only on 1 and 2 June 2018, 6:00pm to 10:30pm, at S$128* per guest, with wine pairing available at an additional S$88* per guest. Guests who reserve their seats before 20 May 2018 will enjoy 10% savings on this exclusive menu.
