Signature Delicacies at Man Fu Yuan

Expertly smoked in-house and roasted to perfection, it is prepared using traditional Cantonese techniques. Glazed with a delicate honey coating, the pork is beautifully caramelised, balancing sweet and savoury flavours in every bite.

This distinguished dish is braised meticulously braised for 48 hours after a 8-day preparation process to ensure that the abalone is in the right condition to achieve a tender and flavourful texture.
