Interpulse Fitness

Jolt yourself into good health

InterPulse Fitness offers an Electronic-Muscle-Stimulation (EMS) training program. Led by an international team of professional coaches and adopted by pro athletes, the training gives you a high-intensity, whole body workout using low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate muscle groups often missed in conventional training sessions.

Held at the gym at InterContinentalSingapore, each EMS program is only 45 minutes but is equivalent to a four-hour-long workout while being gentle on your joints. The results are increased metabolism, strength and toning, weight loss and reduced fat, muscle gain and injury recovery. Best part, you save a bunch of time from being at the gym.

What is EMS?

EMS stands for Electronic-Muscle-Stimulation, an innovative German technology that is sweeping the western fitness industry.

EMS Training is a high-intensity whole-body workout that uses low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate those muscles that are often ignored by conventional Training methods. During one EMS Training Sessions, all major muscle groups and underlying muscle tissues are effectively stimulated.

EMS Training can stimulate more than 90% of your muscles during a workout. While during a conventional workout, you activate less than 60% of your muscle group.

EMS is efficient, effective, and proven. It is a high-intense whole-body workout that uses low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate those muscles that are often ignored by conventional training methods. These impulses cause the muscles to work harder than they would during a conventional training session, thereby maximizing the overall efficiency of your workout. One 45-minute EMS training is equivalent to a 4-hour workout.

Using German technology ensures the highest quality standards. EMS Technology is innovative, reliable, effective, and more importantly, safe.

If you don’t have much time available for your fitness but want to be in the best shape of your life, EMS Training at InterPulse Fitness is the right place for you.

How does EMS work?

EMS emits low-frequency impulses that reaches deeper muscle groups by contracting the muscles during the workout.

EMS training is very safe since the electrical impulses are in a low frequency zone and not harmful to any organs. Today, electric muscle stimulators have a big variety of applications and can be used to improve our health, fitness level and overall wellbeing.
