This festive season, Executive Pastry Chef Jason Goh unveils a delightful Festive Afternoon Tea, in partnership with Bonne Maman, at the elegant The Lobby Lounge. Highlights include the Christmas Pistachio Yule Cake, a meticulously crafted dessert featuring pineapple chantilly, pistachio genoise, and Bonne Maman Apricot Intense Jam, alongside the charming Lamington Gift Box, an almond financier paired with lime curd and Bonne Maman blackberry preserves. The collaboration elevates the festive afternoon tea experience with Bonne Maman's signature jams, adding a touch of refined sweetness to each delicacy.
The savoury selection includes the Country Pork Terrine Sandwich, complemented by onion marmalade, pickled gherkin, and the sweetness of Bonne Maman Cherry Jam. Indulge in the luxurious Foie Gras Mousseline and Parma Ham, featuring duck liver, fresh fig, crispy Parma ham, and a touch of Bonne Maman Chestnut Cream.
For seafood lovers, the Spanish Octopus with Romesco Sauce brings together slow-cooked octopus, piquillo pepper, roasted almond, and pickled artichoke, while the Roasted Turkey and Sun-dried Tomato Quiche offers a comforting blend of shredded turkey, cherry tomatoes, and thyme in a Savory dough.
No afternoon tea is complete without freshly baked scones, and the festive edition includes the classic Plain English Buttermilk Scone alongside a rich Rum-infused Fruit Scone. Pair these delights with Devonshire clotted cream and an exquisite selection of Bonne Maman jams, featuring Wild Blueberry, Strawberry, and the indulgent Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread.
