Unveiling the Mindful Moments Afternoon Tea, available from 1 September to 13 November 2025, step into the tranquillity of The Lobby Lounge, and savour the art of thoughtful indulgence set against a backdrop of refined sophistication. 

Executive Pastry Chef Jason Goh and his talented culinary team present the exquisite Mindful Moments Afternoon Tea, thoughtfully curated with a medley of sweet and savoury delights, each creation is designed to captivate the palate while offering a moment of stillness and tranquil indulgence, made with carefully selected ingredients that support sustainability and mindful sourcing. 

To add a mindful twist to the afternoon tea experience, The Lobby Lounge has partnered with Don Julio - an Environmentally Responsible Agave (ARA) Certified brand, to offer free flow handcrafted margaritas. This refreshing addition perfectly complements the elegant savouries and delicate sweets, while inviting guests to sip, savour, and unwind in true mindful indulgence.

Elegantly encased in a cream box, the Mindful Moments Afternoon Tea reveals more than just exquisite treats, it presents a purposeful experience. Upon lifting the lid, guests are greeted by a mirror etched with a personalised message from The Lobby Lounge, gently reminding them to pause, breathe, and savour the present moment. Designed to inspire mindfulness and celebrate thoughtful choices, the tea set features refine sweets on the top tier and a hidden drawer of savoury delights, each crafted to nourish the senses and evoke calm indulgence.

To present a truly mindful experience, each dish on the menu has been thoughtfully curated with careful attention to animal welfare, ingredient provenance, and culinary integrity. Beginning with the savoury selections, highlights include the Little Joe Grass-Fed Beef Skewer offers a taste of understated luxury—chilled roasted striploin MS4, the beef naturally raised in southern Australia without added hormones, boasts a tender texture and a clean, robust flavour—delivering a satisfying bite that is both elevated and ethical.

The Akaroa King Salmon Quiche is baked to golden perfection and features a creamy filling of rich cream cheese, and tender organic green asparagus. The salmon, sourced from New Zealand’s South Island, offers a clean, delicate flavour, thanks to sustainable farming practices that prioritise low-density stock and ocean health.

For the sweet tooth, take a mindful pause to savour the desserts, an invitation to slow down, delight the senses, and reconnect with the joy of the present moment.

For the chocolate connoisseur, the Éclat Cacao offers an indulgent yet mindful touch. This elegant chocolate mousse, made with Weiss Li Chu 64% single-origin chocolate from Vietnam, is layered with cocoa nib-infused cream and set atop a crunchy hazelnut streusel. 

No afternoon tea is complete without the timeless charm of scones. Savour the classic Plain English Buttermilk Scones, and the Blood Peach and Ginger Scones, subtly spiced with warm ginger and sweet stone fruit undertones. Accompanied by traditional Devonshire clotted cream, handmade mango chutney, and vibrant orange marmalade, these comforting favourites invite guests to slow down, spread, savour, and conclude their journey on a note of indulgent simplicity.

Top up $30++ to enjoy free-flow Don Julio Margaritas and raise a toast to mindfulness in style. As the first tequila to receive the Environmentally Responsible Agave (ARA) Certification, awarded by the Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT) and the Government of Jalisco.
