Celebrating the beauty and versatility of plant-based cuisine, each item on the menu has been meticulously crafted to offer a harmonious blend of taste, texture, and visual appeal, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest. From the tantalising Egg Mayo and Cheddar Cheese Sandwich, a plant-based omelette sandwich to the savoury Grilled ‘Impossible’ Slider with Cajun spice, ‘Impossible’ patty, vegetables “scapece”, each savoury treat promises to excite the palate and satisfy cravings.

For those with a sweet tooth, the indulgent array of desserts that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. Delight in the luscious Banana Peanut Cake, featuring layers of moist banana sponge and creamy peanut cream; savour the exquisite Pineapple Tofu Mascarpone Cake, which combines the tropical flavours of pineapple compote with rich raspberry Chantilly; indulge in the Lemon Cheese Tart, featuring a luscious lemon genoise nestled atop a quinoa tart base and adorned with candied cranberries; delight in the delicate flavours of the Palm Sugar Panna Cotta, and Green Apple Chocolate Pot, a delightful combination of poached apple, caramel cremeux, and vanilla mousse.

Savour a selection of exquisite savoury delights, including the Seasonal Vegetable Ciabatta, the flavourful Miso-Glazed Eggplant, the aromatic Japanese Omelette & Black Truffle, and the indulgent Impossible Meat Slider—each dish thoughtfully prepared to captivate the palate. 

For a touch of sweetness, indulge in the delightful Apple Crumble, the tropical Mango Rice Pudding Tart, the luscious Strawberry Panna Cotta, the earthy Matcha Red Bean Cake, and the timeless InterContinental Macaron. No afternoon tea is complete without scones, and this experience offers a twist—savour the zesty Candied Orange Scones for a perfect finish.
