A Gastronomic Buffet Experience

Embark on a culinary voyage at LUCE, where Chef de Cuisine Andrea Rossi presents a thematic buffet experience that celebrates the rich flavours of Southeast Asia, highlighting Vietnam, Thailand, and China alongside LUCE’s signature Italian specialties. 

 

 

Bringing together the best of Northern and Southern Italian cuisine, buffets at LUCE are elevated with a delectable spread that encompasses delights from both the land and sea. Feast your eyes on a bounty from the sea with a Fresh Seafood. Cold antipasti options like the Zucchini Scapece with Creamy Burrata and Maiale Tonnato, slow-cooked pork, pickled vegetable, arugula, mayonnaise and tuna cream.

A visit to Italy isn’t complete without pizzas, and LUCE offers its Roman-style variation, the Pinsa. The Tartufata Black Truffle Paste, Smoked Scamorza, Wild Mushroom, Cream. The result is a perfect balance of earthy and savoury flavours in each bite. Tonno e Cipolle, its aromatic counterpart, presents generous servings of premium tuna in oil, mozzarella, salted anchovy, red onion, capers, tomato sauce.

At the Hot Dishes, delve into a tantalising array of hearty Italian dishes that traverse the culinary heritage from North to South. During lunch, relish in the Coda di Manzo, Traditional Lasagna Alla Bolognese and Frecanto’ di Verdure – a Southern Italian vegetable ragout infused with fresh garden herbs and served with garlic croutons.

For dinner, heartier mains appear on the Hot Dishes menu. Spezzato di Agnello comprises lamb collar and seasonal vegetable stew, while Spigola alla Piastra offers grilled sea bass served with a medley of baby spinach, zucchini, lemon cream sauce. An amazing pasta dish not to miss is Tortelli Panna, Prosciutto e Piselli, featuring pasta stuffed with ricotta and topped with ham, green peas and finished with luscious parmesan cream sauce.

 

 

Thematic Buffets Highlights 


Transport yourself to the heart of Vietnam every Monday, Thursday, and Sunday evening at LUCE. Relish the delicate crunch of Chả Giò Rế, netted prawn spring rolls, or savor the smoky sweetness of Chạo Tôm Nướng Mía, sugarcane prawns with a hint of chili. Dive into comforting classics like Bò Kho, a beef stew brimming with root vegetables, or craft your perfect bowl at the Phở Gà Live Station, featuring fragrant chicken noodle soup topped with fresh herbs. Each dish captures the essence of Vietnam’s soulful gastronomy, reimagined with flair.

 

 

On Wednesdays and Saturdays, LUCE presents Thai cuisine with signature dishes like Phad See Ew Talay, wok-fried rice noodles with prawns and dark soy sauce, and Gang Massaman Nuae, a creamy Wagyu beef curry with sweet potato and peanuts. Experience the aromatic Gai Hor Bai Toey, pandan-wrapped chicken, and the refreshing crunch of Som Tum Tard, a papaya salad masterpiece.

 


Tuesdays and Fridays spotlight Chinese classics, from Wok-fried Tiger Prawns with XO Sauce to the bold flavors of Iberico Pork Belly with Lao Gan Ma Sauce. Complementing these are Cantonese-inspired dishes like Kung Pao Grouper Fillet, making each meal a rich culinary celebration.

Dessert is a delightful affair both day and night. A must-try is the LUCE-misu, featuring a twist on the timeless tiramisu with mascarpone espuma and crunchy feuilletine. Gelato e Sorbetti coats your palette with a tantalising rich aroma from the smooth and milky Madagascar vanilla ice-cream, served with forest berries.
