A Gastronomic Buffet Experience

Indulge in the latest heartiest buffet in town at LUCE. 

Bringing together the best of Northern and Southern Italian cuisine, buffets at LUCE are elevated with a delectable spread that encompasses delights from both the land and sea.

 

 

 

Feast your eyes on a bounty from the sea with a Fresh Seafood, Sashimi and Sushi selection before savouring the freshness of the Salad Bar. Cold antipasti options like the Stuffed Bell Peppers and Roasted Mushroom Salad will whet appetites, while an assortment of Freshly-Baked Bread serves as perfect accompaniments. 

A visit to Italy isn’t complete without pizzas, and LUCE offers its Roman-style variation, the Pinsa. The Ai Formaggi features a quartet of cheeses – mozzarella, taleggio, gorgonzola and parmigiano reggiano – complemented with the sweetness of the pear confit. The result is a perfect balance of sweet and savoury flavours in each bite. The Tartufata, its aromatic counterpart, presents generous servings of black truffle paste, wild mushroom , smoked scarmorza and cream.

 

 

 


At the Hot Dishes, delve into a tantalising array of hearty Italian dishes that traverse the culinary heritage from North to South. During lunch, relish in the Penne Pasta ai Fruitti di Mare, Lasagna Alla Bolognese and Gnocchi al Pesto – served in a basil pesto sauce with pine nut, fried eggplant and pecorino romano – while the Tuscany-style seafood stew, Cacciucco di Mare, brims brightly with flavours of the Mediterranean steeped in a spicy tomato ragout. 

 


 

Heartier mains appear on the Hot Dishes menu for dinner buffet.

Porchetta di Maiale comprises Roman-styled roasted pork served with rosemary sauce, dijon and grain mustard, while Pancia Di Manzo offers a slow-cooked Italian-styled beef brisket and braised jus. An amazing pasta dish not to miss is Ravioli Tartufati, featuring pasta stuffed with ricotta and lemon, topped with creamy truffle mushroom and cream sauce and finished with toasted nut.

To satiate all palates, the buffet also features flavours closer to home, including Sweet and Sour Pork Belly, Wok-fried Black Pepper Angus Beef, and Ikan Bilis Kampong Fried Rice as well as Chef's daily selection of Indian Food

Dessert is a delightful affair both day and night. A must-try is the LUCE-misu, featuring a twist on the timeless tiramisu with mascarpone espuma and crunchy feuilletine. Gelato e Sorbetti coats your palette with a tantalising rich aroma from the smooth and milky Madagascar vanilla ice-cream, served with forest berries.

 Frightful Feasts at LUCE 
 

 

Chef de Cuisine Andrea Rossi is enhancing the spooky ambiance of this special day with a one-night only Halloween-themed buffet spread, available on 31 October 2024 at $78++ per person 

Be greeted by a spectacular seafood spread and delight in the freshest catch such as the snow crab, black mussel, Australian yabby and Japanese oysters. Enjoy the ghoulish chilled delights such as Dracula’s blood in Test Tube – concocted with red blood orange, red tomato, red watermelon and tabasco. The Spider on Spicy Devil Egg is a creepy yet tasty bite, combining briny olives, rich bottarga, creamy mayonnaise, and a spicy dash of paprika, topped with an olive ‘spider’ for a festive twist.  

LUCE isn’t completed without Pinsa, the Spicy Zombie’s Intestine is a spooky charcoal pizza topped with a luscious pumpkin cream, spicy Italian sausage and smoked scamorza. While the earthy Poisonous Forest Mushroom presents a generous serving of truffle paste, wild mushroom, smoked scamorza and cream.  

For a heartier main, savour Italian delights such as the vibrant Poison Ivy Green Slimy Concoction – made with potato gnocchi, basil pesto, fried eggplant and pecorino or dive into the Haunted Deep Sea Dark Tentacles Pasta – a black ink pasta served with squid ink sauce, calamari and seafood. For those craving a taste closer to home, SCREAM for Wicked Hokkien Mee topped with premium ingredients like scallop, tiger prawns, baby squid, pork belly, egg and vegetable, or delight in a crowd’s favourite, the Tangy Little Piggy’s Belly – sweet and sour pork topped with pineapple, lychee and mixed capsicum.   

To end off the spooky night, delight in treats from a wide selection of desserts. Satiate your palette with the signature R.I.P. LUCE-Misu, a terrifying Eyeball Jelly made with osmanthus Konnyaku jelly or a frightening Mini Ghastly Ghost Meringue Tart – a delightful vanilla tart with caramelised apple and almond cream. 

Prepare for a night of eerie indulgence! Dive into a spooktacular feast with ghoulishly crafted dishes, spine-tingling decorations, and creepy servers dressed up as monsters to heighten the haunting experience.
