How to create an account on ICONNect Singapore App

  1. Download and install the ICONNect Singapore app on your device.
  2. Launch the ICONNect Singapore app.
  3. On the initial page, you'll find four login options.
  4. The login screen presents two choices:
     - Continue with email*
     - Explore as a visitor
     - If you're a first-time user, select the third option: 'Create an account.'. The following screen will prompt you to enter your information.
  5. Follow the app's instructions to complete the necessary details and then click 'Sign Up.'
  6. Look for a verification message in your email inbox. Open the email and click the verification button within 48 hours.
  7. Once your account is verified, the app will automatically log you in using your email address.*
  8. * The email address should tally with the email address used for booking your stay.
