With an impressive culinary background and a passion for creating extraordinary desserts, Jason is set to elevate the hotel's  dining experience to new heights.
 

Chef Jason brings extensive culinary expertise of close to 20 years in the pastry kitchen. He has demonstrated exceptional creativity and possesses a deep understanding of flavour combinations, modern techniques, and the ability to craft visually stunning desserts that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.

 

A self-motivated individual who is tireless in his quest to advance his craft, Jason has numerous accolades under his belt. His honours over the years include numerous Gold medals in FHA’s culinary challenges and also the Gold medal in the 2018 Expogast Culinary World Cup.
