Crafted and conceptualised by Chef Jason, the Ethereal Forest Afternoon Tea perfectly encapsulates the flavours of a mystical forest. Taking a step away from The Lobby Lounge’s iconic three-tiered afternoon tea set, the Ethereal Forest Afternoon Tea is a feast for the senses, presented on a stunning tray artfully arranged with forest-inspired accents. This innovative display immerses guests in the charm of the woodland, setting the stage for a truly enchanting culinary.
Indulge in a selection of savoury delights crafted to enchant the palate. Relish the exquisite Golden Egg in the Nest, the aromatic Parma & Winter Truffle Puff, the luxurious Wagyu Beef & Black Trumpet, and the flavourful Barbecued River Eel Quiche — each a harmonious blend of textures and flavours, promising an unforgettable culinary experience. For those with a sweet tooth, the journey continues with enchanting creations that balance sweetness and whimsical. Savour the Mossy Pebble, with its sweet and earthy charm, the decadent Choco Tree Trunk, the playful Sunny Escargot, the tangy Berries Champignon, and the timeless Bear Macaron — each dessert a delightful ode to the mystical forest theme.
Completing the elegant afternoon tea experience are the crowd pleasers - Chef Jason’s signature house-made scones which changes with the seasons. Kicking off the New Year are savoury Cranberry Scones and Classic English Buttermilk Scones.
