On 11 and 12 May 2024, Man Fu Yuan will host a special edition of the popular dim sum buffet in honour of Mother's Day. On top of the 40 over exquisite dim sum selection featuring signature favourites and innovation creations, diners can indulge in a selection of chef's signatures specially curated for the occasion, limit to a one serving per table.
This includes the sumptuous Steamed Rock Lobster with Preserved Leek Sauce and Scallion and the flavourful Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Crispy Garlic and Dried Chilli. To elevate the experience, diners may opt to enjoy the exquisite Mini Eight Treasure Tea infused with Logan, Lotus Roots, Peach Collagen, and Bird's Nest, at an additional $10++.
