The exciting new chapter of the restaurant invites guests on a culinary journey that features the quintessential essence of la dolce vita, unveiling buffet spreads that span a premium selection of lunch and dinner curations as well as a luxurious Champagne brunch on Sundays that celebrates the culinary heritage of Emilia Romagna. 

Moreover, a revamped selection of à la carte dishes brimming with authentic flavours straight from the heart of the Italian peninsula adds to the refreshed chapter at the restaurant.

Having worked for two decades in some of the world’s foremost hospitality brands, Chef de Cuisine Andrea Rossi is eager to weave a heightened tapestry of culinary excellence to LUCE. 

Chef Rossi traces back to his humble beginnings in his hometown of Ravenna, Italy, where he learned the essence of Italian cuisine from his Nonna (Grandmother). Through her guidance, he discovered that infusing each plate with love and joy can transform the entire character of a dish. It was this cooking philosophy that followed Chef Rossi throughout his career.

His culinary ethos is built on three pillars: fresh produce, tradition, and food that brings warmth to customers. He aims to captivate the palates of diners through his one-of-a-kind dishes, making every visit an unforgettable experience for them. To achieve this, he strongly emphasises dedication, teamwork, and enjoyment.
