Every item on the menu has been meticulously crafted to deliver a harmonious symphony of taste, texture, and visual allure, promising a truly unforgettable dining experience for every guest.  

Savour a selection of exquisite savoury delights, including the Seasonal Vegetable Ciabatta, the flavourful Miso-Glazed Eggplant, the aromatic Japanese Omelette & Black Truffle, and the indulgent Impossible Meat Slider—each dish thoughtfully prepared to captivate the palate. 

For a touch of sweetness, indulge in the delightful Apple Crumble, the tropical Mango Rice Pudding Tart, the luscious Strawberry Panna Cotta, the earthy Matcha Red Bean Cake, and the timeless InterContinental Macaron. No afternoon tea is complete without scones, and this experience offers a twist—savour the zesty Candied Orange Scones for a perfect finish.

The Lobby Lounge invites guests to experience the art of plant-based indulgence with its newly refreshed Vegan Afternoon Tea, available from 1 September 2025. Thoughtfully curated to inspire moments of mindful enjoyment, this exquisite offering showcases a symphony of textures and flavours, elegantly presented on a wooden tray inspired by the tranquillity of a garden landscape.

Guests are invited to begin their journey with savoury selections that offer both comfort and complexity. The Silky Tofu and Black Truffle Sandwich layers delicate tofu with seasonal truffle all nestled between slices of the soft ciabatta bread. The Impossible Meat Pot Pie, a hearty plant-based stew of root vegetables and tomato encased in a crisp, golden filo pastry, a warm and savoury nod to classic comfort.

The sweet fancies continue with creations that are as elegant as they are indulgent. The Espresso Chocolate Cup offers a bold yet harmonious interplay of genoise, silky coffee cream, and rich vegan chocolate. The Lavender Panna Cotta, crafted with soy and coconut milk, is subtly floral and soothing, its silky texture topped with chia seeds and a tart blueberry compote. The Hazelnut Apple Tart, where the apple compote and hazelnut crémeux meet in a quinoa tart shell, offering notes of caramelised fruit and roasted nuttiness.

No afternoon tea is complete without freshly baked scones. Enjoy the Candied Cedrat Scone, delicately citrusy with candied peel. Served with creamy housemade Almond Spread, the Mango Chutney and Orange Marmalade, these accompaniments provide a vibrant finish to the experience.
