Hailing from Puglia in southern Italy, Chef Giuseppe brings over two decades of experience and a deep-rooted passion for Italian cuisine to the LUCE kitchen. 

His culinary journey began at home, inspired by the comforting meals prepared by his mother — a spark that led him into a professional kitchen by the age of 17.

With a career shaped by dedication, creativity, and a profound respect for tradition, Chef Giuseppe has refined a style that honours the rich flavours of Italy while embracing contemporary flair. His thoughtful approach to ingredients and storytelling through food is a perfect match for LUCE’s vision of authentic, elevated Italian dining.
