Treat fathers to a refined celebration featuring over 40 meticulously handcrafted dim sum, each thoughtfully prepared with premium ingredients and time-honoured flavours.

Elevating the dim sum experience are the limited-time Chef’s Signature creations - Steamed Giant-legged Prawn with Golden Preserved Chilli Sauce, Scallion, Crispy Soft-Shell Crab with Fragrant Garlic, Dried Chilli, and Scallion and the Chilled Almond Cream with Egg White, Peach Collagen, and Bird’s Nest thoughtfully presented with exclusivity—each available in limited servings per table. 

Savour the succulent Steamed Giant-Legged Prawn with Golden Preserved Chili Sauce and Scallion, or indulge in the Crispy Soft-Shell Crab adorned with Fragrant Garlic, Dried Chilli, and Scallion—each a masterful symphony of textures and flavours. For a decadent finale, relish in the Chilled Almond Cream with Egg White, Peach Collagen, and Bird’s Nest—an elegant indulgence available at an additional $10++ per serving.

Thoughtfully crafted with wellness and innovation, this menu features seven varieties of melon, artfully woven into each dish offering a revitalising dining experience that’s as wholesome as it is indulgent.


Celebrated for its ability to regulate blood sugar levels, boost immunity, and support healthy digestion, bitter gourd takes centre stage in hearty, flavour-forward creations such as the Wok-Fried Egg Omelette with Minced Pork and Bitter Gourd, and the robust Wok-Fried Angus Beef with Black Bean Sauce and Bitter Gourd.


Featuring a delicate texture and medicinal benefits, angled luffa elevates the dining experience with creations like Braised Angled Luffa with Trio Eggs and Squid, or Braised Angled Luffa with Flower Crab Meat, Crab Roe, and Tobiko. Melon, celebrated for its cooling and hydrating qualities, shines in Claypot Winter Melon with Chicken and Chee Hou Sauce and Steamed Winter Melon with Prawn and Dried Scallop.

Bursting with antioxidants, brinjal delights in Oven-Roasted Brinjal with Duo Garlic and Shrimp Paste or Stir-Fried Brinjal with Salted Fish in Sichuan Sauce. Finally, the prized shark fin melon, known for its silky texture, elevates dishes like the Collagen Fish Maw Soup with Sliced Fish or Osmanthus Fried Eggs with Crab Meat.

Continue the celebration with indulgent main courses, thoughtfully crafted to showcase The Lobby Lounge’s locally-inspired signatures. Choose from three beloved favourites, each offering a comforting yet elevated taste of tradition. Relish the Signature Singapore Laksa crowned with succulent tiger prawns, tender shredded chicken, quail egg, and fish cake. For a heartier option, savour the Nyonya Chicken Curry or opt for the classic Stir-Fried Noodles with Seasonal Vegetables, tossed to perfection for a light yet satisfying choice brimming with fresh, vibrant flavours.
