Embark on the journey with a savoury Rosemary & Olive Tartlet, followed by a refreshing Salmon Tartare with Shiso Leaf Tempura and the hearty Chicken Roulade, or top up to opt for the succulent Braised Wagyu Beef Brisket. The highlight of the evening is a show-stopping dessert, Romance Rose Strawberry Mousse Cake that unites artistry and flavour. Made with Wild Strawberry Mousse, Rose Chantilly and Cacao Spong served with Cassis Sorbet, leaving a lasting impression in this captivating multi-sensory setting.

From Coda di Manzo, Angus Beef Oxtail Stew to the succulent Oven-roasted Aged Angus Beef Striploin and Brodetto di Crostacei, Slipper Lobster, Prawn, Black Mussel, Tomato Ragout, all thoughtfully prepared by Chef de Cuisine Andrea Rossi to tantalise the senses.

End your culinary journey on a luscious high as the dessert station transform into a decadent display of love, adorned in enchanting hues of red and pink. Indulge in decadent creations like the Sweetheart Cherry Tart, Sweetie Chocolate Yuzu Gateau cake alongside a captivating Pink Chocolate Fountain – a feast for both the eyes and palate.
