In honour of Singapore’s 60th year of independence, InterContinental Singapore unveils a thoughtfully curated series of dining experiences that pay homage to the nation’s rich culinary heritage through refined interpretations and elevated indulgences.
From 2 to 28 August 2025, guests are invited to celebrate SG60 with a collection of specially priced SGD$60 offerings across the hotel’s award-winning dining destinations - from an indulgent afternoon tea experience at The Lobby Lounge and celebratory buffet spreads with a 60-cake showcase at LUCE, to local-inspired Cantonese signatures at Man Fu Yuan.
Complementing the festivities, a refreshing $6++ Aperol Spritz will be available during dine-in across all venues.

In honour of this milestone, the restaurant unveils a limited-time SG60 menu, thoughtfully curated by Executive Chinese Chef Aaron Tan. The highlight of this exquisite showcase is the $60nett Flambéed Live Prawn, elevated by a bold Singapore white pepper sauce - a luxurious nod to the bold, comforting flavours of home.
Indulge in a special National Day edition of Man Fu Yuan’s acclaimed Dim Sum Brunch. Drawing inspiration from Singapore’s multicultural palate and collective love for bold, wok-kissed flavours, guests can look forward to the InterContinental Black Truffle Beef Hor Fun, where silky fried rice noodles are paired with ICON XB premium Wagyu striploin, crowned with a slow-cooked 63°C organic egg, micro cilantro, black truffle, and edible gold flakes.

The indulgence continues with Spiny Lobster Laksa, an elevated interpretation of a local must-have featuring whole Australian lobster, braised abalone in an aromatic coconut laksa broth. Completing the trio is the InterContinental Dai Lok Mee, with thick yellow noodles in a rich dark soy glaze, topped with jumbo wild-caught tiger prawns, roasted Iberico pork belly, Dungeness crab meat -a true celebration of Singapore’s dynamic food culture, elegantly reimagined.
For those seeking a contemporary twist on familiar local favourites, a playful selection of à la carte creations will be available from 4 to 10 August 2025. At LUCE, the hotel’s vibrant Italian dining room, celebrations take on a convivial tone.
On two Saturdays - 2 and 9 August 2025, guests are invited to indulge in a specially priced buffet lunch at $60nett per person (U.P. $82nett), where beloved Italian classics are paired with thoughtful reinterpretations of local favourites, each dish crafted to honour Singapore’s vibrant culinary identity.
From Italy, savour comforting favourites such as Gnocchi ai Formaggi, artisanal potato dumplings enveloped in a rich blend of four cheeses and scented with oregano; the hearty Ragout alla Napoletana, featuring slow-braised pork ribs and Italian sausage in a tangy tomato sauce; and Spezzatino di Maiale, a rustic Iberico pork stew simmered with white wine, tomato, and aromatic fennel seeds.
Paying homage to local traditions, LUCE presents highlights like the Singapore Fruit Rojak, a refreshing medley of tropical fruits in tamarind-prawn paste dressing, and a live Parmesan cheese wheel station serving up Creamy Spicy Chilli Crab Risotto - tossed with jumbo crab lump and finished in a molten Parmigiano Reggiano wheel.
Rounding out the celebration are elegant touches such as Whole Roasted Irish Premium Duck and bite-sized Kueh Pie Tee, delicately filled with tiger prawns- passed around tables as charming canapés that nod to Singapore’s vibrant hawker culture.
On 9 August 2025, LUCE elevates the festivities with a decadent showcase of 60 handcrafted cakes presented across its lunch and dinner buffets - a luxurious homage to Singapore’s rich dessert culture. Guests can savour nostalgic favourites reimagined with finesse, including Orh Nee Custard Cake, Ondeh Ondeh Swiss Roll, Kaya Butter Cupcake, Pandan Chiffon Cake, Milo Tiramisu Cake, and Red Velvet Raspberry Cake - each thoughtfully crafted to blend familiar flavours with an elegant twist.
