Festival of Fright Big Buffet
This Halloween, InterContinental Singapore conjures up a spellbinding evening of culinary theatrics and decadent indulgence with the Festival of Fright Big Dinner Buffet, a one-night-only affair taking place on 31 October 2025, from 6pm to 10pm.
Following the overwhelming response to last year’s inaugural Halloween celebration at LUCE, this year marks the official debut of the Festival of Fright as part of the hotel’s signature Big Buffet Series. Guests can expect a bold new chapter in immersive, seasonal dining that promises thrills, chills, and unforgettable flavours.
FESTIVAL OF FRIGHT BIG DINNER BUFFET

Held across LUCE and The Lobby Lounge, the iconic dining spaces will be transformed into an evocative realm of gothic grandeur – featuring over 120 devilish Italian, Asia and international spread spanning across level 1 of both restaurants, complete with haunting décor, eerie live stations, and costumed hosts. Guests are encouraged to arrive in their full Halloween outfit, with the evening culminating in a Best Dressed Contest, where one hauntingly stylish guest will be crowned.
The Big Halloween Buffet features a lavish election of international delight anchored by an Italian spread, crafted to excite and unnerve in equal measure, showcasing premium ingredients with ghoulishly creative presentations.
Begin at the Seafood on Ice bar, where a bounty of premium treasures await - Live Oysters, Boston Lobster, Snow Crab, Tiger Prawns, Australian Yabby, Sea Whelk, and Scallops, a chillingly luxurious start to the night.

Zombie’s Spicy Intestine
From the hot counters and live cooking stations, expect spine-tingling creations that pair refined techniques with playful, macabre flair. Savour the Halloween Devil Egg, dare to try Zombie’s Spicy Intestine - spicy Italian sausage encased in squid ink dough, served with smoked scamorza and pumpkin cream.
The Devil brings the fire with Calabrian salame, ‘nduja, and mozzarella baked on a blackened squid ink pizza crust, while the theatrical Incy Wincy Spider Risotto sees rich tomato Acquerello rice laced with squid ink and stirred in LUCE’s signature parmesan wheel.

Lucifer’s Lasagna
Carnivorous cravings find delight in dishes like Hannibal Lecter’s Bone-In Ribs, glazed Roman-style with rosemary sauce and Dijon mustard, and The Abominable Cow, featuring oven-roasted Australian beef prime rib served with natural jus.
Freddy’s Lamb is slow-baked to tenderness and paired with mint jelly and lamb jus, while the daring will thrill at Brains!!!, deep-fried lamb brain with potato spinach gnocchi and butter sage sauce. For a meatless monster hit, Lucifer’s Lasagna layers pumpkin, mozzarella, and black olive tapenade between sheets of handmade pasta.

Brains!!!
No Halloween feast is complete without a wicked finale. The dessert corner tempts with dark delights such as the Pumpkin Patch Cheesecake, a luxurious blend of pumpkin-spiced cream cheese on a nutty base; Dracula’s Panna Cotta, finished with a “bloody” red fruit coulis; and the irresistibly eerie Mini Ghastly Ghost Meringue Tart, filled with almond cream and caramelised apple in a delicate vanilla tart shell.
From spine-tingling appetisers to decadent, fearfully themed desserts, Festival of Fright Big Buffet offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that blends culinary creativity with Halloween revelry.
