Complement the spread with rich, velvety lobster bisque and a rotation of seafood-inspired hot dishes, ensuring a new discovery with every visit.

Theatrical live stations bring an interactive flair to the evening. Savour oven-roasted Angus Beef Ribeye, carved to order. The Italian highlight comes in the form of Tagliolini Gamberetti e Crema di Limone, where artisanal egg pasta with shrimp and lemon cream is tossed theatrically in a parmesan cheese wheel.
