For a lavish reinterpretation of a crowd favourite, indulge in Spiny Lobster Laksa, taking the centerstage, a whole Australian live lobster alongside mini braised abalone, quail egg, shredded chicken, and silky rice noodles, all immersed in an aromatic, coconut-rich laksa broth and finished with 24-carat gold flakes. 

Completing this indulgent trio is the InterContinental Dai Lok Mee, a sumptuous rendition of the traditional dark-sauce noodle dish that originate from Kular Lumpur, Malaysia.
