• The weather protection covers the booking from the official check-in time 3:00pm to standard check-out time 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out are excluded.
• If there are any changes in booking dates during the stay, any extension of stay that is not part of the original booking will be excluded from the weather protection.
• For an extension of stay, the guest must request at least 48 hours in advance as it will be subjected to availability and black-out peak period dates.
• Vouchers will be issued within SEVEN (7) working days after the weather data has been published by the National Environment Agency of Singapore.
• The rebate vouchers must be redeemed at InterContinental Singapore within SIX (6) months from the date of voucher issuance (Subject to Black-Out Dates and Availability). They may be used for the booking of rooms within InterContinental Singapore only.
• Room rates are subjected to 10% Service Charge and 9% Prevailing Government Taxes.

General Details:
• Rainfall data captured by the National Environmental Agency Weather Station is used to automatically trigger the eligibility of InterContinental Singapore vouchers. Therefore, guests are not required to provide notification of loss.
• ^Claims are triggered when rain duration exceeds 120 cumulative minutes within any 4-hour block of time during daylight hours (8:00am to 7:00pm).
• For example, if it rains continuously between 4:00pm to 5:30pm (90 mins) and again between 6:00pm to 6:30pm (30 mins), a voucher will be triggered.
• Coverage starts from 3:00pm on the day of Check-in until 12:00pm on the day of check-out.
