This autumn, Executive Chinese Chef Aaron Tan and his culinary team at award-winning Man Fu Yuan presents the exquisite flavours of Yangcheng Lake’s finest hairy crabs with an exclusive menu, available for lunch and dinner from 15 October to 30 November 2024. A seasonal delicacy celebrated for its rich roe and sweet, tender meat; the hairy crab is an eagerly anticipated highlight of Cantonese cuisine.

 

 

Guests can experience the authentic taste of this sought-after delicacy with the Steamed Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crab - available in both male and female varieties - each weighing 150g. Known for its sweet, tender meat and luxurious roe, the hairy crab is expertly prepared by the culinary team and served in a variety of elegant dishes, showcasing the versatility and unique flavour profile of this prized ingredient.
