Originally from Guangdong, Chinese Executive Chef Kwan Yiu Kan began his distinguished 40-year career at the age of 14 in the capital of Cantonese cuisine, Hong Kong. At the helm of Man Fu Yuan, Chef Kwan continues to serve authentic Cantonese cuisine to guests and his creations are reminiscent of flavours that evoke familiarity. To complement each meal, diners can choose from a range of premium tea blends that complete the dining experience.
Set within an elegant venue which accommodates up to 172 guests, including a suite of private dining rooms, Man Fu Yuan is well-suited for all occasions, from intimate business lunches and casual family gatherings to wide-ranging celebratory events.
