Dragon Boat Festival 2023 Giveaway

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• This Giveaway (herein known as the Contest) will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying Contest Details (collectively the "Terms"). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms & Conditions and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
• The Organiser of the Contest is InterContinental Singapore and Man Fu Yuan (80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966) (herein known as the “Hotel” or the “Organiser”) which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.
• Employees or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
• Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our Instagram post and contest is only open to participants residing in Singapore. The contestant must be 21 years old and above and holds a valid Singapore college/school student’s pass.
• The entire Contest will commence on 29 May 2023, 1100 hrs GMT+8 and will end on 9 June 2023, 2359 hrs GMT+8. Entries received after each respective deadlines will not be considered for the contest.
• Contest entries to Contest from InterContinental Singapore and Man Fu Yuan's Instagram under this handle, will be accepted for this contest as long as ALL contest requirements are fulfilled. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received or incomplete, or where a criterion of the contest is not fulfilled, or where profile and entries are set to private.
• The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are at the sole discretion of the Hotel and can be changed without prior notice.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, and these Terms and Conditions without notice or in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified on Instagram as soon as possible by the Organiser.
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Winners will be decided by the hotel and will be notified by Instagram direct message within 7 working days of the closing date.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days of the closing date, or does not claim the prize within 3 day from date of notification, the organiser reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
• The organiser will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected via Instagram Direct Message and/or email.
• The organiser’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final.
• The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
• By entering the Contest / Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that:
· Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Organiser and the Hotel, for various purposes, including in communication with the participant for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes Contest is InterContinental Singapore and Man Fu Yuan may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided Contest is InterContinental Singapore and Man Fu Yuan with consent;
· The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings, and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Contest is InterContinental Singapore and Man Fu Yuan publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites or social media platforms, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest / Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
· the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Contest is InterContinental Singapore and Man Fu Yuan without further compensation.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Singapore data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to InterContinental Singapore and Man Fu Yuan and not to any other party.
