Polpo e Ceci
Highlight includes Polpo e Ceci, a Sicilian-style cooked octopus, pan-roasted with chickpea purée and fresh salad, where Chef Davide breathes new life into the crowd-favourite polpo, swapped out the ratatouille of red and yellow peppers with chickpea purée to add a varied texture profile for the dish.
Orecchiette Broccoli e Salsiccia
Orecchiette Broccoli e Salsiccia, a smooth and creamy pasta dish with the delectable sauce perfectly coating each of the Bronze-drawn durum wheat pasta paired with Italian sausage and broccoli.
Entrecote di Wagyu Australiano
The tender Entrecote di Wagyu Australiano a 200gm pan-seared wagyu beef entrecote cooked a la plancha with split jus. For a fully satisfying dining experience, diners can have more freedom by selecting their choice of one controni (sides) or two controni at an additional $13 and $22 respectively.
Spotlight on Pizza Chef, Edward Low as he introduces four new additions to the well-loved hand-pulled pizza and pinsa selection. Highlights include Prosciutto di Parma e Burrata – a creamy option for the burrata lovers with burrata cheese, Parma ham, arugula and parmesan atop a white pizza; Pizza al Tartufo, topped with a generous serving of mozzarella cheese, a savoury mixture of minced mushrooms with onions with arugula and truffle dressing.
An Italian feast remains incomplete without an array of artisanal desserts. Crafted by InterContinental Singapore’s Pastry team, the new sweets addition includes the invigorating Panna-cotta with pink guava panna-cotta with salted plum gel and strawberry granite along with the delightful Profiterole al Caffé, choux pastry with hazelnut-coffee praline with choux pastry, dark chocolate mousse and feuilletine.
Complementing the refreshed a la carte menu are LUCE’s irresistible daily-themed offerings available during evenings. Look forward to Pizza and Booze on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings with bottomless servings of hand-tossed pinsas and pizzas, free-flow Menabrea Italian beer and Prosecco at $38++ per person; Ladies’ Night on Thursday evenings - simply spend a minimum of $28++ per lady to enjoy 2 hours of bottomless Prosecco, Aperol Spritz and LUCE’s signature cocktails; reignite your romance with Fri-date, a specially curated menu for date night on Friday evenings; and a delectable Charcuterie Meet Prosecco platter that comes with premium charcuterie cuts and a bottle of Prosecco for evenings on weekends.
