• Late check-out at 2pm (subject to availability)
• Welcome amenities for pets, including towels, a water bottle, poo bags, wee pads, and play toys
• A specially designed dog house for your pet’s staycation — yours to bring home after
• One specially curated meal for your pet, beautifully presented in a traditional Peranakan-style tiffin box
• Complimentary parking at the hotel’s front porch (during stay)
• Exclusive access to the Club InterContinental Lounge (available for Heritage Suite and lounge-access room bookings)
• In-room breakfast for two, with a choice of up to two Breakfast Sets from the in-room dining menu

• Only canine amenities will be provided.
• Rates are subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes​

• All stays must be booked at least 5 days in advance​*
• Afternoon tea must be consumed during your stay, unconsumed high tea is non-refundable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged​
• Complimentary front porch parking is subject to availability for the day​
• No more than two dogs are allowed per room.
• Extra cleaning fee might be incurred
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel gym, swimming pool area, Club InterContinental Lounge and F&B outlets.
• Pet owners will need to keep their fur kid leashed or in a carrier at all times

*Advance booking is required for all stays under the Pet Getaway package. Pets arriving without prior notice or a confirmed booking under this package may be declined, as we want to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests — furry or otherwise. Please note that any unauthorised entry or smuggling of pets into the hotel will incur a deep cleaning fee of SGD 800 nett.
