Available from 6 January to 13 February 2025, embark on a culinary journey with our exquisite Lunar New Year offerings, featuring symbolic dishes thoughtfully curated to usher in prosperity and good fortune.
Specially handcrafted by Executive Pastry Chef Jason Goh and his team for the season, his three new creations will add a touch of sweetness to the celebrations, each boasting an auspicious exterior that bounds to take centre stage at the dining table.
The Black Forest Earl Grey Mousse 茶源滚滚 ($13++) is a homage to the elegance of tea culture, designed as a teapot with delicate layers of vanilla genoise, creamy Earl Grey cremeux, and cherry compote for a refreshing contrast.
For lovers of bold flavours, the Pineapple Hukambi Orange Chocolate Cake 美梦连连 ($13++) is crafted to bring the auspicious spirit of the New Year. With a core of luscious pineapple mousse, layers of velvety chocolate sponge, and a bright orange compote, the cake harmoniously blends sweet and citrusy flavours, representing good fortune and sweetness in the year ahead. Finally, the Prosperity Mandarin Cake 年年有余 ($88++, 1kg) is a true masterpiece featuring a handcrafted chocolate fish masterpiece atop a luxurious mandarin-infused cake, symbolising abundance and good fortune in the coming year.
