LUCE invites guests to celebrate the auspicious Year of the Snake with a Chinese New Year-themed buffet.
Starting 2 January to 13 February 2025, the buffet features an exquisite array of international delicacies, highlighting signature Italian specialties and special Lunar New Year flavours that set the stage for an indulgent season of reunion and prosperity.
From 2 to 27 January 2025, guests can savour the Pre-Lunar New Year Buffet, while the grand celebratory buffets for the eve of Lunar New Year and the first two days of the holiday, from 28 to 30 January, and the festivities continue with the Lunar New Year Buffet from 31 January to 13 February 2025.
The Chinese New Year buffet spread at LUCE is a luxurious celebration, artfully blending traditional festive elements with Italian elegance. At the Yu Sheng Live Station, diners can engage in the time-honoured prosperity toss, layering fresh ingredients for an auspicious start. The Seafood on Ice selection is an oceanic feast featuring premium offerings like fresh oysters, Australian yabbies, scallops, and tiger prawns.
Dive deep into LUCE’s signature Italian flavours with the Roman-inspired Stinco Di Maiale - a roasted pork knuckle slow-cooked to perfection, capturing the hearty flavours of Italian cuisine. Signature dishes like Pollo alla Cacciatora, featuring slow-braised chicken thighs in a rich porcini mushroom sauce, alongside reunion must-have flavours such as the Wok-fried Tiger Prawns with X.O. Sauce, harmoniously blend Italian and Asian influences, making each dish both exciting and festive.
For dessert, the Mango Osmanthus Pudding and the decadent Lucky Gold Bar Chocolate Cake bring a sweet end to the meal, symbolising prosperity and good fortune.
