When asked about his culinary philosophy, Nguyen shares: “I believe food is a bridge between different cultures and a powerful way to foster connections between people from various backgrounds. This new menu is an amalgamation of flavours that present authentic Singaporean cuisine and international fare, and I wish for guests to fully experience them at their best here at The Lobby Lounge.”
