Set against the background of InterContinental Singapore and co-hosted by The Rum Cartel, the inaugural festival celebrates the spirit of Havana, and brings together esteemed rum vendors to showcase their exquisite products from Friday to Sunday, 26 to 28 July 2024.

Expertly created by esteemed Chef De Cuisine, Charles Nguyen, it presents an exciting medley of international mains and elevated local signatures — each served with a satisfying dose of ‘wok hey’ goodness.

When asked about his culinary philosophy, Nguyen shares: “I believe food is a bridge between different cultures and a powerful way to foster connections between people from various backgrounds. This new menu is an amalgamation of flavours that present authentic Singaporean cuisine and international fare, and I wish for guests to fully experience them at their best here at The Lobby Lounge.”

The menu also includes popular offerings from its portfolio of dining outlets: Cantonese restaurant Man Fu Yuan and Italian concept LUCE.
