Begin your culinary journey with a trio of appetisers such as Marinated Pickled Radish with Superior Soya Sauce (陈抽酱香萝卜条), Marinated Jelly Fish Head with Abalone (西施鲍鱼海蜇头), and Steamed Pork and Mushroom Siew Mai topped with Tobiko (豚肉烧卖,鱼子) featured in the Willow Set Menu.
