Available from 1 April to 30 May, The Willow Set ($88++ per person) celebrates time-honoured comfort with a luxurious touch. Begin with the Man Fu Yuan Appetiser (满福苑冷热拼盘), a duo of Honey-glazed Iberico Pork Char Siew (蜜汁豚肉叉烧皇) and Chilled Century Egg with Pickled Chilli and Chicken Floss (青椒皮蛋肉松). Continue with a nourishing Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Brazil Mushroom, Cordyceps Flower and Baby Nai Bai (姬松菇虫草花菜胆炖鸡汤), rich in both flavour and wellness. 

For mains, enjoy a delicately balanced Steamed Jade Perch Fillet with Duo Garlic and Superior Soya Sauce (金银蒜蒸翡翠鲈鱼), followed by Cantonese Fried Rice with Chinese Cured Meat and Shredded Lettuce (粤式双腊肠丝苗饭,生菜丝). Conclude the experience with a gentle, nourishing dessert of Chilled Almond Cream with Peach Collagen and Lotus Seeds (蛋白杏仁茶,桃胶,莲子).

The Camellia Set ($98++ per person) is a vibrant and indulgent offering with striking flavour combinations and premium ingredients. The meal opens with the Man Fu Yuan Appetiser (满福苑冷热拼盘), featuring Chilled Vine Pearl Tomato with Crab Meat, Tobiko and Yuzu Dressing (番茄蟹肉,鱼子) and Roasted Irish Duck with Thai Mango (香芒伴香烤伦敦鸭). This is followed by a rich and creamy Superior Seafood Pumpkin Bisque with Premium Fish Maw (黄焖海皇羹伴花胶皇). 

For mains, savour the bold flavours of Steamed Jade Perch with Preserved Chilli, Black Fungus and Hong Kong Choy Sum (云耳剁椒蒸翡翠鲈鱼拌菜心), then indulge in Honey-glazed Iberico Pork with Egg Yolk and Steamed Rice in Mongolian Sauce (蜜汁西班牙叉烧皇伴月光丝苗白饭). Finish with a refreshing Chilled Lemongrass Jelly with Aloe Vera and Mixed Berries (青柠香茅芦荟贝利冻).

Willow -  A celebration of comfort and quiet luxury


Begin with the Man Fu Yuan Appetiser Duo (满福苑冷热拼盘), a refreshing pairing of Marinated Jellyfish with Sweet Mango and Sichuan Broad Bean Sauce, alongside Tiger Prawns dressed in Passion Fruit Aioli and Pomelo. Savour the comforting Braised Crab Meat Soup (海参虾粒菇丝蟹肉羹), featuring Sea Cucumber, Shredded Mushrooms, Prawns, and Fish Maw — layered in both texture and flavour.

For mains, savour a delicately prepared Steamed Live Dragon Grouper Fillet (潮州蒸游水龙斑件) in Teochew style with Salted Vegetables, complemented by Braised Ee-fu Noodles (花蟹肉干烧伊面) with Sweet Flower Crab Meat. End your experience with the light and luscious Chilled Mango Purée with Pomelo (杨枝甘露伴贝利桃胶), uplifted with Peach Gum and Mixed Berries.

Indulge in a velvety Braised Seafood Bisque with Spinach (翠绿蛋白海皇竹笙翡翠羹) offers a luxurious medley of Prawn, Crab Meat, Scallop, Egg White and Bamboo Pith.

For the main course, enjoy a vibrant Steamed Tiger Grouper Fillet (剁椒酱云耳蒸龙虎斑件) with Wood Ear Mushroom, Preserved Chilli, and Fragrant Garlic Sauce, followed by a satisfying Braised Crispy Rice (红脚大明虾焖脆饭) featuring Giant Red-legged Prawn, Mushroom and Lobster Stock.
