Smoked Roasted Honey-glazed Barbecued Iberico Pork Collar | 古法熏蜜汁西班牙叉烧皇

Expertly smoked in-house and roasted to perfection, it is prepared using traditional Cantonese techniques. Glazed with a delicate honey coating, the pork is beautifully caramelised, balancing sweet and savoury flavours in every bite. 

Braised Australia 10-head ‘Xu Rong’ Half Abalone with South Africa Fish Maw | 红烧半只澳洲许榕十头干鲍伴南非花胶

This distinguished dish is braised meticulously braised for 48 hours after a 8-day preparation process to ensure that the abalone is in the right condition to achieve a tender and flavourful texture.

Man Fu Yuan is located within level two of InterContinental Singapore. 

To visit the distinguished Chinese Cantonese restaurant, guests can use the hotel’s main driveway for an effortless arrival by taxi or private vehicle. Those preferring to drive can use the Basement 1 and Basement 2 carparks, which provide ample parking. For guests arriving from Bugis Junction Shopping Mall, there’s a convenient access point directly to the hotel on Level 1.
